Your unique superpower

The most important thing to remember about HR career pathways? Never think you are under qualified. Your skillset and attributes are your own unique superpower. The main component you require is self belief and a refusal to give up. Your previous experiences, even from seemingly unrelated fields, offer valuable perspectives and skills applicable to HR.

Resilience is key

My personal journey from law into HR has taught me the importance of resilience. It can be personally challenging to face so much rejection, turn up to interviews and face more, write CVs and then have to redo them. However, all of these steps kept pushing me and teaching me resilience which you are bound to need in a fast paced industry like HR. You will get there, I promise.

Become the best version of you

I hope you will realise that you can overcome these challenges and become the best version of you in a career that fulfils you. Take the leap, embrace the learning process, and discover the rewarding possibilities within HR.
